The Practice of Gratitude
As a lifelong student of self-help, I didn't understand how to keep and maintain my state of contentment
It was always something that I would arrive at and then just like that it would disappear. I wondered why and how I could make it something that I exercised and practiced like I did with any yoga class.
I learned through a series of different events, it takes a daily practice. In order to be better, I had to exercise my gratitude like a daily muscle.
So here is Day 2 of my 30 Day challenge to make my own Gratitude list.
My List for Today (Monday, March 26):
1. The Farmer's Market Flowers I bought yesterday!
2. The time I spent (off of the TV) reading.
3. My morning drive into work.
4. My awesome work out class this a.m.
5. Day 3 of a good night's sleep!
