It was always something that I would arrive at and then just like that it would disappear. I wondered why and how I could make it something that I exercised and practiced like I did with any yoga class. I learned through a series of different events, it takes a daily practice. In order to be better, I had to exercise my gratitude like a daily muscle.

not one of them tells you how to go about actually getting gratitude. How do you begin to create the feeling of gratitude so that you can radiate it from within. I realized something early on.
