I mentor a lot of people. Many of those people come to me deeply unhappy. Yet, I see so much in their life they have to be grateful for. It's really a perception problem. But, how do you go about changing someone's perception overnight? Its actually impossible

Routines of gratitude are beneficial
Imagine what a gratitude routine might do for your mental state. I am a H-U-G-E cheerleader for gratitude. I have seen it do wonders for myself and those around me. But, I also wanted to give my readers the science behind why a gratitude routine might be infectious!

The Practice of Gratitude
It was always something that I would arrive at and then just like that it would disappear. I wondered why and how I could make it something that I exercised and practiced like I did with any yoga class. I learned through a series of different events, it takes a daily practice. In order to be better, I had to exercise my gratitude like a daily muscle.

not one of them tells you how to go about actually getting gratitude. How do you begin to create the feeling of gratitude so that you can radiate it from within. I realized something early on.
