Why Exercise?

More than vanity, exercise improves our endorphines and mood aka sanity

Sunday is actually often the start of my new week.  I have rested on Saturday and entirely washed away the feelings of exhaustion from the prior week.  I use Sunday to reconnect and do things I want do on the weekend!

TAKE A HIKE

I am a huge hiker.  I love it.  But, you could easily pick another sport that appeals to you.  Arthur, one of my favorite employees, mountain bikes with a huge group.  My friend Megan hikes with her Sunday am hiking group.  Her group is no joke!

I sometimes opt to hike with that group but I often hike on my own so I can spend as much or as little time on the hike as I need!

EAT BRUNCH

I also love spending my Sundays catching up with friends.  Whether you like breakfast at home, or at a new restaurant.  I love a good Sunday brunch.

VISIT A MUSEUM

Los Angeles was often thought to be the last place to find good art. But, somehow LA is fast becoming a mecca for emerging artists and just art period.  Anyone who has tried to book a ticket to the Broad's latest exhibit will tell you what I am talking about!
